How do I check my electricity bill online?

Go to the Check Bill page, choose Electricity, select your DISCO (MEPCO, LESCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, or TESCO), enter your 14-digit reference number, and click Check Bill Now. You'll be taken straight to your official duplicate bill on the PITC portal (bill.pitc.com.pk).

Where do I find my 14-digit reference number?

It's printed on any previous paper bill from your DISCO, usually labeled 'Reference No.' near the top of the bill. It's also sometimes called your account number or consumer number.

How do I check my SNGPL gas bill online?

Accepted Answer

Select Gas, choose SNGPL, and enter your consumer number. We open SNGPL's own official bill page directly in a new tab with your consumer number filled in. If SNGPL shows a CAPTCHA, you'll solve it yourself on their page — we never automate or bypass that.

Is my SSGC or K-Electric bill also fetched live?

Not currently. SSGC's official bill server has a certificate issue on their end and no working anonymous lookup we could find, and K-Electric has no public reference-number lookup — it requires logging into their own KE Live app. For these two, we show a clearly labeled demo/estimated bill instead of real figures, so you always know exactly what you're looking at.

Is bill-check.pk affiliated with MEPCO, LESCO, SNGPL, or any government utility?

No. We are an independent tool that helps you reach the official duplicate-bill portals faster. For electricity DISCOs, we securely hand you off to the real PITC portal (bill.pitc.com.pk); for SNGPL, we open SNGPL's own official page directly. We are not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with any DISCO, SNGPL, SSGC, K-Electric, or the Government of Pakistan.

Do you store my reference number or bill data?

No. We don't save your reference number, bill amount, or any personal billing details on our servers. Each request opens a fresh session directly with the official provider, and nothing is retained afterward.

Yes, checking your bill on bill-check.pk is completely free. We don't charge any fee to view or download your duplicate bill.

Yes. Once your bill loads, use the Print/Download option in your browser (or the on-page Print button where available) to save a PDF copy for your records.

Why does my bill sometimes show a different company than the one I selected?

Electricity DISCOs in Pakistan share the same underlying PITC billing lookup. If your reference number belongs to a different company's consumer account, the portal will correctly show your real bill for that account rather than force-matching the company you clicked — this is expected and confirms the lookup is accurate.

My reference number isn't working — what should I check?

Confirm you've entered the full 14-digit number exactly as printed on your last bill, with no spaces. If it still doesn't work, the account may be too new (not yet in the system) or the number may belong to a different provider than the one selected.
